if the mask arrives to you defective we will replace the product with a new one once the product as been returned to us for inspection.these masks are all made per order. restocking fee of 150$ Is required if a cancellation is made after ordering. This will be addressed in a case by case way depending in what stage of production or wich mask model as been ordered.
If an order has a specific deadline and we are not informed of the deadline at the time of placing the order, we reserve the right to refuse a exchange or refund.
