It’s fairly obvious that fatty foods will help produce more fat. Especially if they’re high in saturated fats, these are the fats that require exercise to burn off. So in this case, the ones that we want to keep around! Examples include dairy products, fatty red meat, pastries, and cookies. 

If you’re trying to indulge in rapid weight gain, sodas are a good way to do it. Especially if you combine either bananas with Sprite or Coke with Mentos, have your banana/Mentos first. Then chug your beverage. This causes bloating in your stomach. Just try it in moderation first!

You also have to consider the possibility of being unable to sit comfortably in many places. Such as on rides, public benches, or transport. Not everywhere was designed with plus-size individuals in mind!

It can also cost a lot. Extra food adds up, even if you’re not opting for fast food for every meal. The extra prep and cooking can eat up a lot of your spare time. So, only consider embracing weight gain if you have time and money to spare! 

There’s also the need to buy more clothing as you get fatter. You’ll find that clothes that have fit you for years no longer do. Be prepared to say goodbye to any clothing you currently wear! You may find yourself limited in clothing options as you get bigger, too. 

It might be a good idea to try wearing a fatsuit to see how the extra size feels and looks on you. It may not be a completely realistic representation. But it is still a good way to have a taste for how weight gain will feel for you.
